Reporting directly to AP SMB & Channel Marketing Lead, the AP regional marketing executive will support the AP commercial marketing team with the following responsibilities:
Assist in AP marketing campaign content design, production, proofreading and management including collaterals, online, digital or social, working with external agencies.
Manage campaign procurement, campaign result tracking, and reporting systems.
Coordinate and work with stakeholders to manage end to end process and activation of partner co-marketing platform -Digital Campaign Studio
Manage SMB internal newsletter development and content sharing platform such as Adobe Experience Manager and Microsoft SharePoint and Teams
Manage SMB internal communication and maintain sender list.
Support regional marketing team members to consolidate business plans, reviews, and reports.
Coordinate with alliances partners on campaign review and proof of execution.
Asset/document management and tracking for marketing and AP internal communication, usage of Sharepoint / Teams
Carry out other operational assignments and administration duties as directed.
Requirements:
Above 5 years’ marketing and/or operations/administrations related working experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Self-starter, self-motivated, high level of initiative within a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
Proactive, independent, highly organized with strong attention to detail. Demonstrated team collaborative skills. Positive with can-do attitude. Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Possess strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint.
Knowledge and experience on digital and social media marketing and graphic design will be a plus.
Willingness to learn and to take up new responsibilities
