職務說明 / Key Responsibilities

Department: PS Procurement, Displays SC & Business Development (PSDB)

Responsibilities include:

• Provide general business related support to Supply Chain Operations team in Taiwan
• Follow up PSDB business initiatives
– Prepare presentation files for meetings or video clip for events
– Consolidate material for meetings
– Maintain database of related documents for team usage
– PSDB portal webpage maintenance
– Draft and send out PSDB communication messages

• Plan and executive Employee Engagement activities of Supply Chain Operations team
– Plan the activities based on the event theme
– Communicate with internal teams and external vendors/parties about the event plan
– Coordinate between different personnel for event implementation
– Send out the event communication messages
– Control and track the event budget and spending
– Compose the post event report and file the related documents

• Project Management
– External funding project: Collect the data, compose the reports and coordinate the audit review activities
– Training project: Coordinate the training program or learning sessions upon the planned schedule and provide training status report with attendance and survey feedback.

需求條件 / Key Requirements

Education and Experience Required:
• 3 - 4 years in internal and/or exec communications, marketing communications, public relations, project management or related field
• Bachelors degree in communications, marketing or relevant field

Knowledge and Skills:
• Excellent English speaking and writing skill
• Excellent program/project management and time management skills
• Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating accuracy and attention to details
• Storytelling and ability to communicate efficiently
• Experience leading employee engagement programs
• Ability to prioritize and manage own workload effectively but also to be flexible and adapt/respond to emerging issues, short deadlines and other demands or challenges
• Collaborative - create a culture of teamwork and partnership
• Video production and editing skills are preferrable
