Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL) from logistics to on-site management.
• Assist in marketing communications content creation, design, production and management which include printed collaterals, posters, displays, online, digital or social.
• Initiate social media campaign and curate content , monitor and measure performance and provide insight to agency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (PR, Event, social media, media buy ..etc)
• Manage campaign procedures such as procurement, campaign tracking, and reporting systems.
• Prepare operational assignments and administration duties as guided.
• Prepare regular reports to different parties (both internal and external) for campaigns execution and evaluation.
• Support regional team members to consolidate business plans, reviews, and reports.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ related working experience
• toB marketing knowledge in Tech sector is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Possess strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge and experience and digital and social media marketing will be a plus.
• Proactive, independent, highly organized with strong attention to detail. Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and to take up new responsibilities.
