Responsibilities:
• Conduct/Arrange the regular meeting with different parties and take meeting minutes when required;
• Provide daily performance management guidance and review the incentive or bonus scheme.
• Assist to the expatriate staffs for HR matters.
• Communicate with the management and staffs in different subordinate companies and departments, support HR investigations or disciplinary processes when necessary;
• Prepare and edit various HR documents such as job descriptions, employment contracts, employee handbooks, and company procedure & policies.
• Assist in drafting internal communications related to HR updates, announcements, and other relevant information.
• Assist in generating HR reports and analytics as required, providing insights to support decision-making processes.
• Provide guidance and input on the company re-structuring, work forcing planning etc.
• Perform the ad-hoc tasks assigned by Country HR Head.

【必備能力】
• 至少8 年人力資源相關工作經驗,及5 年管理經驗
• 對人力資源原則、實踐和程序有深入的了解
• 優秀的溝通和人際交往能力以及解決問題的能力
• 獨立工作的能力
• 可以靈活得在動態環境中工作
• 良好英語能力者
【加分能力】
• 具人力資源、工商管理或相關領域的學士學位者優先
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 8 years HR related working experience, 5 years of management or supervisory working experience.
• Solid understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures.
• Good command in English is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Flexible and can work in a dynamic environment.
