職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deploy an effective talent strategy to ensure high-quality succession plan for key talent.
• Closely with BG/BU on all people and organizational related issues: workforce planning, organization design, performance cycle, promotion and talent development.
• Assist with projects on employee retention, engagement and development to build high performance team.
• Identify areas for improvement in HR processes, providing feedback and escalating issues where appropriate to relevant COEs to enhance client experience and improve productivity within HR.
• Effectively partner with, challenge and influence business leaders to deliver the right outcomes on people-related decisions, focusing on key agenda items.
• Understand key business priorities, translate into practical HR interventions and make sure people management practices are effectively applied.
• Enhance talent acquisition experience and build up a strong employer branding internally and externally.
• Execute other duties as assigned by HR leadership.

【其他條件】
• At least 8+ years of experience in Human Resources with focus on Talent Development, Employee Relationship or HRBP.
• Strong understanding of the business functions, priorities and dynamic competitiveness.
• Good communication/interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated strong abilities in problem solving, data analytics, project management, change management, influence.
• Familiar with labor-related laws and regulations.
• Full professional proficiency in English (TOEIC 600+)
