職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
This role requires a multi-disciplined experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM), to manage multiple initiatives and integrated outsourcing programs. Responsibility also extends to execute procurement governance, vendor selection, vendor management and deliver contract / procurement strategies to achieve long term client benefits.
This role requires experience in procurement and or Facility Management to support the portfolio of facilities in China and may extend to surround countries in North Asia region.
This includes engagement with local IFM teams to execute vendor sourcing and savings projects through effective negotiation and RFP programs. Business partner
Support Solution Development (IFM sales) team to provide supplier part proposal, which meet client expectation and help drive new business growth. The supplier proposal could be the most cost-efficient solutions, technology innovation, and ESG focus, etc.
Support Transition (IFM Client Onboarding) to make sure that supplier service meets JLL vs Client contract requirement, including quality and saving glidepath achievement.
Support Account Management (Operation team), including major sourcing projects supports, policy and process training, system training, supplier performance issue management, annual preferred supplier performance review.
Support critical Client Contract renewal to provide qualified supplier proposal and help successful client contract renewal. Functional Leadership
Assist in developing and communicating the IFM and S&P vision to the client, JLL and Suppliers.
Implement and/or maintain Sourcing and Procurement strategies, standards, policy and process, Technology, costing parameters, benchmark, and tools/ templates.
Build up supplier segmentation based on geo Supplier category and develop preferred supplier list. Support preferred supplier relationship management and geo program development.
Implement saving programs set for IFM and S&P and developing metrics for tracking performance.
Support Report and Spend Data Analysis.
Support and implement other programs assigned from regional and global S&P teams. Ideal Experience
Bachelor Degree with at least 5 year working experience in which ~3 years’ experience in procurement, outsourcing and negotiation or other supplier management position.
Relevant work experience in IFM with knowledge of procurement for services related to engineering facility management will be highly regarded.
Practical knowledge of engineering facilities management/project management, on-site operations and engineering and risk management and capable of changing them to meet new and evolving needs will be highly regarded.
Management of outsourcing relationships and the ability to accomplish results through vendor management.
Execution of vendor contracts between the company and the vendor, drawing upon good contract management skills, negotiation and problem solving.

Experience
Bachelor Degree with at least 5 year working experience in which ~3 years’ experience in procurement, outsourcing and negotiation or other supplier management position.
Relevant work experience in IFM with knowledge of procurement for services related to engineering facility management will be highly regarded.

Firm understanding of financial modelling, feasibility studies and total cost of ownership analysis by using MS-Excel and good presentation skills.
Professional experience in digitalizing business enabling processes such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and other business processes are strongly preferred.
Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office and ERP system skill is a must.
High level understanding of emerging web technologies and user experience.
Strong data analytics skill with working experience in Power BI or Tableau is a value added. Influencing Skills
