職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Maintain local sales implant record and keep the documentation.
Provide assistance in sales quotation, tender preparation and billing delivery.
Ensure inventory reconciliation for monthly inventory cycle count/report with supply chain team
Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with legal and ethical standards, and that documented processes, procedures and internal quality management system are followed and adhered to.
Follow up HCP/team members’ travel arrangements and instructions.
Coordinates with other functions and divisions stakeholders in order to support the proper & effective operation of SH organization in Taiwan.
Attends all Quality related training and full complied with all SOPs.
Coordinate working mission of SH administration team.
Back up Sales Administrator

Bachelor or above degree.
Ability to work within a team and independently.
Ability to support multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
Must have strong communications skills.
Able to organize and prioritize work.
Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in English (written) and Mandarin
Positive thinking with great working attitude
