CRM
Data management: order key in, the 3rd party data check/validation, leads data transmission between different systems
Loyalty program management: point redemption, gift handling
Trial program: sample stock monitoring and replenishment handling
Support CRM team in organizing various projects to drive customer acquisition and retention
Digital marketing
Adult/Pediatric/HCP LINE Official Accounts: content, member and messaging management, tracking report
FB leads and data handling across different systems
HCP eDM setup and UAT
Digital campaign post tracking and report update
Support Digital Marketing team in organizing various projects to drive customer acquisition and retention
Budget & Contract Management
Monitoring budget and ensure monthly spend within given budget
Purchase requisition, purchase order, invoice process management and handling
Contract management
Others
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (LINE OA, web analytics, CRM etc.)
Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
Assist in the organizing of omni-channel campaigns and facilitate their success
需求條件 / Key Requirements
1-2+ years’ proven experience as a marketing assistant
Ability to work well autonomously and proven experience working with cross-functional teams and outside vendors, as well as collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders
Good knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics etc.)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Exquisite communication and people skills
Flawless attention to detail; highly organized
Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
