職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
This is entry level position for HR Administration, the role could give you a start point to experience world-classic HR execution and understand global strategy on HR development. The role is mainly focus on receipt/invoice filing for Travels and Expenses, assists and answers employee's questions regarding Travel & Expense. Meanwhile, warehouse of employee profiles management is another work item of this role. Not only for the daily operational work items, the role is expected to look into the daily processes, and leverage software technology for processes simplification and automation by redesigning the work flows. Furthermore, the position is required to support HR events and programs by collaborating with different HR function teams.

The ideal candidate would have detail oriented personality, good on multi-tasks management and open-minded on challenge taken. Not only HR matters, but you also enjoy to learn IT related knowledge, embrace new changes, you may not necessary to major in HR degree, but you have career aspiration for long term HR development.
The best meet candidate should have,
1. Profession on excel is required (VBA skill is nice to have).
2. Medium English ability on reading and writing is required.
3. Major in HR, MBA, MIS, IT are preferred (software coding skill, e.g. JavaScript, is nice to have).
