【職務說明】
1.The Human Resources Supervisor will support the HR Manager in HR function in the execution of HR initiatives, projects and the day-to-day HR Manager responsibilities that align with the business goals.
2.This role will develop, drive, and implement HR efforts with the HR Manager of Excellence, Compensation, Benefits, Hiring Managers and Account Leads.
3.Also prepare, manage, and coordinate numerous strategic human capital initiatives across the Taiwan Resource Center business units
4.And the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
5.Interpret company-wide initiatives and practices and localize as necessary, while maintaining the consistency with HQ.

需出差,一年累積時間約1個月內

5年以上
【學歷要求】
大學以上
【語文條件】
英文(聽:中等、說:中等、讀:中等、寫:中等)

【其他條件】
1.Bachelor’s degree and above. Major subject: Business Administration, Human Resources o related field
2. English communication ability
3.Experience: at least 5 years-experience with HR and administration field in MNC or had experience as business partner, and at least two (2) years of staff management and development
4.Team-working, passion, planning & execution, insight, and logic, listening, trustworthy, Detail, problem solving orientation.
5.Microsoft office and computer skill.
6.Good at research, analysis, development, and plan/execution
